Coaches are definitely important when you are competing with international teams who can quickly pinpoint and exploit your week points but I must insist upon the Pakistani youngsters this age is for self-learning. They must get into the habit of viewing and reviewing their own game as well as the great international players. Also they must read books written by great players and pick useful points.A player aspiring to play at international level must be able to pick own mistakes and correct them.In these discussions we must point out the big mistakes our players were making repeatedly. So many times our first three players got out very cheaply why and each time their captain saved the team from a complete disaster. Misbah ul Haq their captain showed them time and time again how to hold their ground and gradually get into the swing of the game. Whatever the success this young team achieved it was due to the captains solid performances.These youngsters should have learnt quickly from their captain and perform on the field rather than going there and throwing their wickets away. I think Pakistanis are very lucky to have Misbah ul Haq as a captain and may he continue to lead them into the world championships
