Dubai: India has become the No.1 team of Twenty20 International after announcement by Reliance International Cricket Council (ICC) T20I here on Thursday in Dubai.
India has seized this place from ICC World Twenty20 Bangladesh 2014 champion Sri Lanka.
India lost just one T20 during the last 12 month against Sri Lanka in the recent ICC WT20 Final in Bangladesh while Sri Lanka lost four matches.
Pakistan team maintained third position with its great performance in the Asia Cup and ICC World T20 in Bangladesh.
In the other major changes, the West Indies has slipped two places. This drop has moved Australia and New Zealand up by one place each.
