LAHORE: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Wednesday that Karachi is the economic hub of the country and peace must be restored there at all costs.
The PM chaired the meeting of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) Sindh leaders in Islamabad.
Salim Zia, Irfan Ullah Marwat, Marvi Memon, Amir Bukhs Bhutto, Raheela Magsi, Masroor Jatoi and others leaders of the party participated in the meeting.
Whereas, Chief Minister, Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar also attended the meeting.
The meeting considered the political situation of Sindh. While the PM has been briefed about the problems related to peace and security situation of the province.
At the occasion, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Karachi is the economic hub of Pakistan and peace must be restored there.
The PM said work on Karachi-Lahore motorway will be started in few months which will provide millions of job to masses.
