ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahir-ul-Qadri said on Sunday that Pakistani people are now ready for a revolution and he will soon give a final call for public revolution.
Speaking at the anti-rigging protest in Islamabad’s D-Chowk, Tahir-ul-Qadri opined that we are not here to derail democracy, instead we want to strengthen it and bring real democracy in Pakistan.
He said that Pakistan’s current parliament itself is violating Article 62 and 63 of the constitution and if these people remain at the helm, common men will start suicides.
Asking all parites to join him, Dr.Qadri promised that if the revolution will succeed his party will first make Hazara division a province.
Qadri claimed that there is no parliament in Pakistan and asked the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) government as to why it is stopping people from attending protest if the government is legal.
