ISLAMABAD: Star cricketer Shoaib Akhtar will tie knot with 17 years-old girl Rabab on June 19 in Rawalpindi, local media reported on Saturday.
World’s fastest bowler renowned as ‘Rawalpindi Express’ across the globe is going to marry a teenage girl, reportedly named as Rabab, residential of Haripur.
According to reports, the 39-year-old star player would visit his hometown of Rawalpindi on June 12 along with his family members in order to finalise preparation and dates in third week of this month.
Functions in this regards would be started after Rubab’s intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Abbottabad last month.
The reports also revealed that the Mehndi function is fixed on June 19, Wedding (Rukhsati) on the June 20 at Haripur’s Bilawal Hall and Valima ceremony is scheduled on June 22 in Rawalpindi.
