Huma got her first acting break opposite Aamir Khan as she was shortlisted to feature opposite the Dhoom 3 actor in a Samsung ad. This ad was interestingly shot by Anurag Kashyap who later gave Huma her debut film.
Though she has portrayed strong roles on reel, Huma has a gooey and emotional heart in real life.
The actor had a hush-hush affair with the Bobby Jasoos baddie Arjan Bajwa but the two went their separate ways later.
Before making a career in films Huma was a popular choice with ad-makers and has features in a variety. Many might not remember but she featured in a Nerolac ad alongside Shah Rukh Khan as well.
