Sonam Kapoor get overshadowed by Fawad Khan?

Sonam Kapoor unveiled the first theatrical trailer of her movie Khoobsurat, which is Disney India’s first Indian movie. A remake of 1980 Hrishikesh Mukherjee gem by the same name, Khoobsurat has evolved by becoming princelier in its approach. In fact, it has a good blend of Disney’s brand of fairy tales with a Prince Charming and Indian values. But apart from the interesting trailer, it was something else that caught our attention at the event.
With Sonam Kapoor, Fawad Khan is playing the leading role in the movie. Fawad Khan is no soubt king of Pakistan television and heartthrob of Pakistani showbiz industry. After conquering Pakistani showbiz, he is in Bollywood now to win the people. He is already appreciated for her acting style and his looks in Zindagi Gulzaar Hai on Zee Zindagi. Girls are loving Zaroon Junaid of Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Now is time in Bollywood.
Such was his(Fawad Khan) magic on the females seated in the press area, most of the questions were thrown at him. But a very humble and visibly blushing Fawad just kept thanking people for all the love. While all this was on, Sonam kept interjecting by giving statements, “Didn’t I tell you girls here just love you!” or “He is so hot…and his Hindi is amazing.” We wonder if Sonam was feeling overshadowed by the presence of such a good looking gentleman next to her. Because we felt so!
The trailer looks interesting and lead pair Sonam and Fawad Khan look good together.
Set in Rajasthan, Khoobsurat is the story of Dr. Mili Chakravarty (played by Sonam Kapoo) – a middle class physiotherapist from Delhi. Mili is sent to Rajasthan to treat the paraplegic Shekhar Rathore, Raja of Sambalgarh. Over the course of her stay in the mahal, Mili charms the Rathore family, especially young Yuvraj Singh Rathore (Fawad Khan) – with her free spirit and funny antics.
The film stars Rekha, Kirron Kher, Ratna Pathak Shah and Aamir Raza Husain.
Directed by Shashank Ghosh, the film also stars Ratna Pathak, Kirron Kher, Aamir Raza Hussein, Simran Jehani and Kaizad Kotwal. The film is produced by Rhea Kapoor and portrays Sonam as the royal misfit. ‘Khoobsurat’ is slated to release on September 19 this year.
So its time for one more Dashing Khan in Bollywood that is OUR Fawad Khan
