Here is the list of some songs which have been trending this week
A very smart person once rightly said, “Music can change lives.” And we at BollywoodLife totally agree with that. Keeping that in mind we have decided to feature some trending Bollywood songs each week on our pink site. You can watch and listen to all the trending numbers here. Let’s take a look at the songs which are topping the chart busters this week:
Samjhawan – Sung by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal, Samjhawan from Alia Bhatt-Varun Dhawan starrer Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania has been a favorite amongst the masses ever since it was released. The duo’s chemistry in the song reminds us of Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic love story, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.
Johnny Johnny – The song from Akshay Kumar- Tamannaah Bhatia’s Entertainment takes a dig at the classic nursery rhyme Johnny Johnny Yes Papa and modernises it with a very hep take and slick lyrics. The beats of the song are indeed very catchy.
Yaar Na Miley – Sung by Jasmine Sandlas and composed by India’s rap badshah Yo Yo Honey Singh, Yaar Na Miley is a unique melody with a swanky tune and catchy beats from Jacqueline Fernandez-Salmaan Khan’s Kick. You would just keep wanting to hear it again and again.
Galliyan – Sung by Ankit Tiwari, this romantic number from Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Ek Villain is appropriate for romantic long drives on a rainy day, dreamy isn’t it? It’ll make you fall in love all over again.
Samjhawan Unplugged – Alia Bhatt crooned Sooha saha from Highway and won our hearts. And she did exactly the same when she sung the Unplugged version of Samjahawan for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. After listening to Alia’s version of Samjhawan, we were mighty impressed.
Hangover - Salman Khan went behind the mike for the first time for this song from his film, Kick. And he did quite a nice job, we must say. The Dabangg Khan’s voice completely suits this song.
Ziddi Dil – Sung by Vishal Dadlani, this song from Priyanka Chopra’s upcoming film, Mary Kom became an instant hit amongst the masses. The song has a very strong motivational feel to it.
Aaj Phir – Sung by Arijit Singh, Aaj Phir from Hate Story 2 is a remake of the 1988 film Dayavaan song by the same title. While the original song was pictured on Madhuri Dixit and Vinod Khanna, the remake version features Jay Bhanushali and Surveen Chawla. The song is a wonderful tribute to the original. The music by legendary Laxmikant-Pyarelal is kept intact and the lyrics by Aziz Qaisi add more soul to the number.
Jumme Ki Raat – Sung by Mika, Jumme Ki Raat from Kick is a typical Salman Khan song. Catchy tune, Salman’s quirky dance steps and of course Jacqueline’s sizzling moves, this song has it all.
Tere Ho ke Rahenge – The number from Raja Natwarlal has the soulful voice of Arijit Singh who has already won us over with his previous renditions. The song also shows a sizzling chemistry between Emraan Hashmi and Humaima Malik.
