Priyanka has impressed everyone with the trailer of her upcoming biopic on MC Mary Kom, including Big B
Priyanka Chopra has got everyone talking with the recently released trailer of her upcoming film, Mary Kom. Her fans and several B-town celebs are mighty impressed with the way PeeCee has pulled off the role of five time world champion and Olympic medalist MC Mary Kom.
And looks like even megastar Amitabh Bachchan couldn’t resist singing praises for Priyanka. The Gunday actor visited the sets of Big B’s upcoming eighth season of Kaun Banega Crorepati to promote the biopic on the Indian boxing athlete. And during the shoot, Sr Bachchan mentioned that he had seen the trailer of Mary Kom and had liked the way she has portrayed the role. He also said that her effort to get into shape for the character was evident, and worthy of appreciation. Naturally, Priyanka was surprised to receive such compliments from a star of his stature.
Well, we certainly couldn’t agree more with Big B. Priyanka has indeed done justice to the role. We just can’t wait to see the Exotic babe’s de-glam avatar in Mary Kom, which is set to hit the theatres on September 5.
