Profile Faryal Talpur was born in 1958. Family Background Father Hakim Ali Zardari Her father, Hakim Ali Zardari is a great landlord and a politician in Nawabshah Sindh. He is an active renowned political worker of Pakistan Peoples Party from Nawabshah who was elected two times as the Member of National Assembly from Nawabshah Constituency in 1988 and 1992. He trained his beloved daughter Faryal Talpur to take part in politics from her early age along with acquiring modern education and religious education. Brother She is sister of Co-chairman of PPP Asif Ali Zardari President of Pakistan. Husband Munawar Talpur Faryal Talpur was married with the renowned landlord of Mirpurkhas and then Member Sindh Assembly Mir Munawar Talpur who was the elected Member Provincial Assembly Sindh (MPA) from the electoral constituency of Umerkot District and Division Mirpurkhas. Political Career She was entered into politics directly when Benazir Bhutto offered her and nominated her to contest General Election from Pakistan Peoples Party in 1997. She contested elections but could not succeed. District Nazima Nawabshah 2001 and 2005 She succeeded the Local Government elections in 2001 District Nazima Nawabshah. She once again took part in Local Government elections from her ancestors' home town Nawabshah in Local Bodies elections 2005. She succeeded the elections again and was selected as District Nazima again for the second tenure from 2005 to 2009. Resigned District Nazima Nawabshah 2008 selected as District Nazima again for the second tenure from 2005 to 2009.But the second time she could not complete her tenure and resigned from the post of District Nazima in 2008 when she was given the Electoral Ticket to contest General By-election from the vacant seat of assassinated Chairperson Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto from Larkana constituency. MNA 2008 (Larkana) She succeeded the by-election from Larkana and was elected as the Member National Assembly. President women's wing PPP The Co-chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party and the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari assigned her as the President Women's Wing Pakistan Peoples Party for the whole country. She is working very well for the welfare and political training of women workers of PPP as the President Women Wing PPP.
