The Fanaa actress will be seen in Ram Madhwani’s next directorial venture
It’s been four years since Kajol graced the big screen. The B-town beauty was last seen in Toonpur Ka Super Hero which released back in 2010. But Ajay Devgn’s wifey is all set to charm the audience with her acting prowess once again. She will play the lead in filmmaker Ram Madhwani’s upcoming project which is slated to release next year and will be produced by Ajay himself. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on the popular social networking site Twitter, “Eros will also co-produce and release Kajol starrer, directed by Ram Madhwani. Film will release on 1st May 2015.”
Talking about Kajol, Madhwani said in an recent interview, “To direct Kajol in a feature film is an incredible challenge. She has excelled in every conceivable part. I’ve to make sure she goes beyond what she has already done. I’ve not directed a full-length film for a very long time. I couldn’t have hoped for a better return to full-length direction.” The yet-to-titled flick will go on floors in October this year.
