WHAT COMPARISON?
Kareena feels the comparisons will stop soon and that “Alia will, in the course of time, find her own path.” She believes that “this is a media-made comparison where they say she’s like me and turn it around.”
IRRITATED?
“Not at all,” says Bebo, but then adds, “I think it’s unfair to compare us. I don’t know why everything has to be compared with me!”
I LIKE ALIA
Says the senior actress, “Alia is stunning and her films are doing well. She’s extremely watchable and that’s why I like her. Whenever I meet her, Alia is always so warm. She’s wonderful and I am honoured that she gives me a lot of respect in her interviews and always speaks well of me. There’s no harm in Alia being a fan and I love that.”
COMPARISONS, WHY NOT
“I’d love being compared to Sharmilaji (Saif’s mother), Hema Malini and my own sister (Karisma Kapoor). They were all legends and though I don’t think anybody can compare them to me, I wouldn’t mind being compared to them because they are such lovely, graceful and stylish people.
