COLOMBO: Sri Lanka has whitewashed Pakistan in two Test series beating in second Test by 105 runs at Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo.
Pakistan has reached from third to sixth rank getting bad defeat in the both Test matches against host team Sri Lanka.Rangana Herath took five wickets in second innings while he had taken highest nine wickets in first innings.Herath made a world record to get highest 23 wicket in two Test matches against Sri Lankan Tigers.Pakistan team lost nine wickets after scoring 165 runs while Junaid Khan could not come for batting due to his serious injury.Only wicket-keeper batsman Sarfraz Ahmed played well in both Test. Ahmed made a record in the first Test to knock his career best two consecutive half-centuries.In addition, Ahmed hammered his first career Test century in the first innings of second Test while he knocked half-century in fifth day of last Test.Pakistan batting-line was totally failed in both matches except Sarfraz Ahmed.
