The Gadar actor will be wielding the megaphone for the sequel to his 1991 blockbuster
Its been 23 years since Sunny Deol’s iconic film Ghayal hit the screens, which was followed by series of blockbuster hits for the actor like Damini, Ghatak, Border and Gadar – Ek Prem Katha. It came to light recently that muscle man, Sunny, is planning on a sequel for his 1991 blockbuster, titled Ghayal Returns. And he seems to be on a look out for fresh faces.
A little birdie chirped that Sunny Deol is searching for teenagers to play pivotal roles in his directorial. A source says, “Sunny has been meeting at least 10 to 12 aspirants on a daily basis. He is still in talks with them and is looking at casting at least two or three of them in the film.”
“Sunny wants to cast someone who has an interest in photography, law and journalism. They have to be aged between 16 and 18 years”, added the source. Ghayal Returns is touted to be a film based on father-daughter relationship, in which the Yamla Pagla Deewana actor will be playing the role of father.
It, undoubtedly, is a great opportunity for youngsters aspiring to face the camera and become actors with Sunny’s ‘Dhaai kilo ka haath‘ to nurture their careers.Subscribe to me on YouTube
