We recently spotted PC in two different avatars at the Lakme Fashion Week…
On the runway:
Priyanka Chopra walked as a show stopper for Varun Bahl’s creation. On the runway, she sported a black crop-top paired with black high-waist palazzo pants. To break the monotone, she donned a silver sequinned jacket. She rounded off the look with a chunky neck-piece and a voluminous hair-do. We liked how the outfit wasn’t over-the top. Its quality of being wearable by regular folk was most appealing. PC’s hair on the runway though could have been better.
Off the runway:
After having sashayed down the ramp PC went for a quick change of clothes so as to be seated in the front row for Manish Malhotra’s finale show! In a stark contrast to her ramp look, PC wore a sheer-chiffon saree, which had intricate thread work. The border and the blouse had patterned mirror-work. Priyanka looked nothing less than ethereal in the purple saree.
We liked the desi girl way better in the Manish Malhotra sari than the Varun Bahl creation but we open the floor for you to take your pick!
