Shakun is stuck in the flood ravaged state
Filmmaker Shakun Batra, who recently directed a viral video for All India Bakchod (AIB) featuring Alia Bhatt is stuck in Srinagar, we hear. Reportedly, Shakun had gone there to attend a friend’s wedding.
The Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu director was scheduled to fly back to Mumbai on Tuesday (September 9), but is now expected to return in a few days. The filmmaker is stuck in the flood-ravaged state along with 6 lakh other people.
While the director was unreachable, his friend, writer Ayesha DeVitre while talking to a leading daily said, “We were worried about him after hearing of the floods and his phone was unreachable too. Thankfully he managed to get network for a brief period and messaged that he is safe at the Army Rescue Camp near Badami Bagh.”
Well, we just hope Shakun and each and everyone stranded there are safe.
