Profile Early life and education Born to Mohammad Ishaq on 19th January 1964, Captain Safdar got reared in a humble yet educated family. He belongs to the beautiful terrain of District Mansehra. He did his matriculation from Mansehra, after that he joined ‘Post Graduate College Abbottabad’ for his intermediate. He studied Islamic history, economics and Physics in his intermediate. He then did his graduation in Stats and Economics.
