A blast near Sabzi market in Sibi on Saturday injured at least 10 people. According to initial details, explosives were planted in a motorcycle. The injured have been taken to District Headquarters Hospital and Combined Military Hospital (CMH) hospital for medical treatment. Police and rescue teams have reached the site of the blast, which took place on Chakar Road. No loss of life was reported till the filing of this report. Several shops and buildings near the site of the explosion were also damaged while a vehicle was also destroyed in the blast. Security forces have cordoned off the area and further investigations into the incident are underway.
