Mumbai Film Festival is back! The grand saga which saw its 14th edition in the year 2012 will now see its 16th this year. The launch of the festival was carried out by Farhan Akhtar followed by filmmakers Kiran Rao and Anurag Kashyap.
The Front Row host Anupama Chopra was also present at the event. Farhan kept it casual in a pair of denims topped with a grey tee and black sneakers. We like the way he has accessorized his casual style with funky waist bands. Nice move Mr Akhtar!
Kiran Rao on the other hand turned up in an unflattering striped white garb topped with a multi colored scarf. We get that Kiran was trying to pull off the “artsy” look but the same clearly didn’t work in the Dhobi Ghat maker’s favour. An element which made it all worse was the pair of black flats she chose to complete her look with. Kiran is a stylish filmmaker no doubt but looks like Aamir Khan’s better half lost her lane in the fashion gully this time around!
Anupama Chopra looked chic and classy in a white blazer and pants which she wore with a beige top and matching heels. Others present for the event were Lootera director Vikramaditya Motwane and Amit Khanna.
