The makers of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 8 are leaving no stones unturned to make the high voltage reality show more and more bold this season. Maintaining its strategy of bringing in gay and transgender contestants, BB8, which will go on-air from September 21 will see Mr Gay India 2014 – Sushant Divgikar. Yes, you read that right!
A very reliable source reveals, “Sushant was approached by the makers and he has accepted the offer. He signed the contract four weeks back.”
For those of you who don’t know, in July 2014, Sushant was crowned Mr Gay India 2014. He also represented India at Mr Gay World 2014, but didn’t win the title. Divgikar has also been a company member of the Terence Lewis Contemporary Dance Company and is trained in dance forms such as ballet, modern contemporary, jazz and salsa. Divgikar is considered by many as the undisputed king of karaoke in Mumbai and has won several karaoke championships. Well well, looks like there will be quite an entertainment in Bigg Boss 8 in the form of Sushant.
We have seen alternate sexuality or gay contestants like Bobby Darling, Rohit Verma, Ali Saleem, Laxmi Tripathi, Imam Siddiqui and VJ Andy in the previous seasons of nation’s most controversial reality show. And they have proved to be quite entertaining.
