Profile Nasir Habib is a stalwart in the world of both English and Urdu language journalism - he has been working with CNN International for the last FIVE years where he worked tirelessly to bring Pakistan's most important stories and news events to television viewers across the world. For CNN, Nasir worked on stories from parliamentary elections 2008 to military offenses against militants, from explosions to girl's education, from discrimination to sectarian violence, from military coups to lawyers striking to the death, from return of past prime ministers and military dictator to the killing of world's most wanted Osama bin Laden. In 2012, Nasir was the first journalist to interview Rimsha Masih, the Christian teenager who made worldwide headlines after being falsely accused of blasphemy. Nasir has also produced a documentary for HBO on Maria Toor Pakay, the first Pakistani female squash player from Pakistan's tribal region. Nasir also produced a documentary for US based documentary film makers "Ironbound Films" with the name of "The New Recruits", a film about a group of business students on a mission to end poverty in Pakistan.
