Born on September 1, 1978, Raqesh Vashisth was last seen in Zee TV’s popular show Qubool Hai for a short while.
The actor doesn’t believe in partying all night and loves to keep to himself, but last night wife Riddhi Dogra threw him a surprise birthday party by inviting some of his closest friends and family home.
