The actor admits that if he would get a chance to work in a Pakistani show he would grab the opportunity
While Hiten Tejwani has already made a mark for himself in the Indian television industry, it seems the Pavitra Rishta actor is now eyeing on the Pakistani shows. Tejwani, who has worked in a number of daily soaps, said he is keen to work in the shows made across the border.
Speaking to a leading daily Hiten said, “If I get an offer, I would definitely consider it (working in a Pakistani TV show). I like to go beyond what I have done so far,” He also added, “The shows [from Pakistan] are rich in content and the short format makes them interesting for me as a viewer. Being an actor, I would love to be in shows that people like, and I think the ones from across the border are preparing the audiences for short-format daily soaps.”
Gauri Pradhan’s husband has also worked in a few films, however, he is not very keen to compromise on his television career to fulfill his Bollywood dreams. Elaborating on the same the actor said, “I don’t think I will be able to quit small screen. It has made me what I am today. The kind of love and appreciation that I get each day is because of the characters I play on TV.”
Well looking at Hiten’s popularity on the small screen, we hardly doubt his ability to impress the makers and the audiences in Pakistan. What say peeps?
