Hollywood’s big names have been coming down to Bollywood time and again, but with Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif’s Bang Bang it reached an altogether new level. Famous international stunt director Andy Armstrong was roped in to choreograph the stunt and action sequences for the film and outcome, we must say, is brilliant. The film is still running in theatres because of the high flying action sequences and the superb way in which Hrithik has executed those stunts.
When Andy was asked as to whether he would want to work in any more Bollywood projects he replied, “Oddly enough I have just been called this morning about another Indian movie but it’s early days so I will not say what it is right now. Also I would like very much to find another movie to work with Hrithik on. I directed complete movies and TV episodes many years ago but stopped this in favor of doing the action sequences on other people’s huge movies but working with Hrithik on Bang Bang was such a great experience, I would certainly consider going back to directing an entire movie if we both found something that we would like to do together. We will have to see if that works.”
Now if HR’s adrenaline-pumping-high-on-action film had the capacity to inspire an H-Town biggie like Andy Armstrong, it definitely will be a treat to watch when the duo comes back together again for a full length action flick.
