We are talking about his role in his upcoming film Happy Ending which will have him play the role of a Hollywood writer who comes to Bollywood.The film’s trailer looks pretty interesting and slightly international considering its subject and treatment. Makers suggest that it is a spoof on Bollywood’s romcom genre.
Saif who is often labelled as the romcom king due to films like Hum Tum and Kal Ho Na Ho will be seen poking fun at the kind of films he does in real life!
The exclusive scoop is that he will be playing a double role in the film. Well, this second role is not a full-fledged part but a cameo. Saif will be seen as a failed philosophical rock star whose “gyaan” only Yudi (the writer Saif plays) understands.
So we will be seeing Said giving pretentious fundas as a yogi baba to himself as Yudi in Happy Ending. Now that sounds interesting.
