Farhan Saeed or Farhan Saeed Butt is one of the most powerful and famous singers of Pakistan. He is singer, musician and former lead vocalist of the Pakistani band Jal (band) and owner of restaurant Cafe Rock. He has strong voice quality and really able to impress others with his voice quality. He covered the Halka Halka Suroor and was much appreciated for his attempt. People really love to listen his songs.
Farhan saeed acquired his early education at Crescent from where he took his O levels. In 1999, Farhan started his A levels at The Keynesian Institute of Management and Sciences in Lahore, and then in 2001 went on to National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences(FAST-NU) in Peshawar but then migrated to the campus in Lahore for his bachelors degree in computer sciences.
He was part of Pakistan's most popular band JAL until 2011 after which he has started solo. His most popular albums are Aadat and Bhoondh which made him overnight success in the music industry. He made his Bollywood-singing breakthrough in 2014 by contributing a song to Vikram Bhatt's Creature 3D in 2014. The song, Naam-e-Wafa, is a romantic-duet with Indian vocalist Tulsi Kumar as the co-singer and Mithoon as the composer.
In 2007, after the launch of the Wall's Cornetto campaign featuring Bollywood actress Amrita Rao, it was rumored by the Indian Media that Farhan and the actress had developed feelings for each other and were dating. Later, the rumored replaced his name to band member Goher Mumtaz.
He is now ready to jump in drama industry. His first drama will be De Ijazzat Mujhe from HUM TV. You will see him with Sohai Ali Abro in the drama.
