The young generation of actors appear to be creatively involved in almost each and every aspect of production. Varun Dhawan has been sitting in every music recording of Sriram Raghavan’s thriller Badlapur which sees him playing characters from three generations. Says a source, “While the music is being handled by music directors Sachin-Jigar and Sriram, Varun likes to go for the music sittings. He has a ear for music like his father David Dhawan, who gave lots of musical hits for his films, including the recent, Main Tera Hero. Varun too likes to be involved with the songs in his films and likes to give his inputs.” And why not? Good songs deliver as many hits as good scripts do.
