After giving us Welcome, Anees Bazmee is all set to put forth a sequel to his previous film titled Welcome Back. We got the opportunity to visit the sets of the film in Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.
The on shoot location had the entire star cast of the film including John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Paresh Rawal and Anil Kapoor. We caught John, Shruti and Paresh filming the anti-climax scene with director Anees Bazmee yelling “roll” and “cut it” every now and then.
The interesting fact was how quickly Shruti, Paresh and John finished the sequence, given the saga of retakes which usually goes down with the shoot of every film. Guess Bazmee’s strict guidance did pan out things the way he wanted after all. Pictures often do all the talking and the ones seen above clearly are an example of a hilarious anti-climax coming our way!
Fun fact: Producer Feroze Nadiadwala revealed, “After Fast and Furious 7, Welcome Back is the first film to have been shot at the splendid Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.” Interesting eh?
