A number of Bollywood celebrities have casted their votes since morning
Salman Khan was recently spotted at a polling booth casting his vote. Salman did not post his selfie after getting inked but he did spend some gala time with little kids of the neighbourhood after casting his vote. He was a tad bit disappointed at the lesser number of people who turned out for the voting today and therefore he tweeted, “Go Vote” to urge more and more of his fans to come out and vote on this special day.
Abhishek Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Rahul Bose, Rekha, Gulshan Grover, Pooja Bedi, Riteish Deshmukh, Shaan, Sumona Chakravarti, Karan V Grover and R Madhavan have already cast their vote. Even the Student Of The Year actor Varun Dhawan and his father David Dhawan have also posted their ‘inked’ selfie on Twitter. Fashion director Madhur Bhandarkar who was not in town flew back especially to make his vote count. Actress turned fashion designer Mandira Bedi too posted her voting picture on Twitter.
A host of celebrities have voted for the Maharashtra Assembly Elections and many more are expected to cast their vote later in the day. Besides these actors industrialist Anil Ambani and Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar too exercised their right to vote. So BollywoodLifers, we too urge you to go out and vote!
