The talented trioka of actors have gathered at Kolkata to shoot for Shoojit Sircar’s film
After making two strikingly diverse films – Vicky Donor and Madras Cafe, director Shoojit Sircar is busy filming for his next project Piku at the city of joy. Piku stars Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan in the lead roles. Only few days ago, superstar Amitabh Bachchan’s look in the film was revealed.
Big B was spotted sporting a paunch for the film. The actor seems to have gotten into an experimental mode as he has again tried something different in terms of his looks. Amitabh had pleasantly surprised the onlookers as the actor roamed around the city on a bicycle while shooting for the film. Shutterbugs who were present at the sets managed to click a few pictures of the three stars while shooting for the film.
Deepika is said to be playing Big B’s daughter in Piku, which revolves around father-daughter relationship. Irrfan Khan’s role has been kept in wraps. Going by Sircar’s previous films, we expect Piku to be a riveting film.
