We found striking resemblances between his upcoming film’s teaser poster with Leo’s film and now his new poster too doesn’t look entirely original!
Varun Dhawan’s new movie Badlapur‘s latest poster is out. It has a the close-up of a wrathful-looking Varun with a hammer in his hand he looks like an angry dragon who can breathe fire any second!
But after admiring the poster for piquing our interest we realised that it looks strikingly similar to another poster from Hollywood. Yes, we are talking about Gerard Butler’s film 300. Butler plays the character of Leonidas in the movie which gave us the iconic line “This is Sparta!” But one look at Gerard’s wrath-filled expression from 300 and then Varun’s look from the new Badlapur poster and you’ll get what we are talking about.
We spotted similarities between Badlapur’s teaser poster and the posters for DiCaprio’s Inception as well! Seems like “copy the West” bug has bitten the makers of the film!
Varun is featuring on the Badlapur poster with the outraged expression borrowed from the West. We are a tad bit disappointed, what about you guys?
