The makers of Barun Sobti’s upcoming film. Main Aur Mr. Riight are out with the teaser of their first song. Titled Desi Daru, the number has been crooned by Jasbir Jassi, with music by Jaidev Kumar along with rapper Gray Money and lyrics by Raj Hans. It is fun and peppy number, with quirky lyrics, which go like munda desi daru, tu kudi tequila shot. Though the video is of some clips from the trailer, you can hear the song playing in the background, and it’s really nice.
The movie marks Barun’s Bollywood debut. The actor plays the role of Sukhi in the movie and is paired with Shenaz Treasurywala, who will essay the role of Aliya. The film explores the complex dynamics of a relationship in a humorous way. In the film, Aliya tries to make Sukhi her Mr Riight.
Directed by Adeeb Rais and produced by Pooja Gujral and Aseem Rais, Main Aur Mr Riight is slated to hit the theatres on December 12.
