Arpita Khan’s wedding with Aayush Sharma turned out to be one of B-town’s grandest affairs this year. A fairytale wedding held in Falaknuma palace Hyderabad, the ceremony saw the who’s who of the industry blessing the couple and joining them in their lavish merriment.
Priyanka Chopra, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Varun Dhawan were amongst the many others seen at the wedding. Katrina wasn’t accompanied by her beau Ranbir as he was busy shooting for an ad campaign for a brand he is known to be endorsing. His ladylove however reportedly enjoyed the grand ceremony and looked stunning at the same.
But a certain incident which occurred at Arpita’s wedding, has gotten the birds chirping. We hear that during Arpita’s Kalira ritual, the bride to be dropped some on Katrina’s head! As we all know, the custom of the ritual involves the bride dropping her kalira on a lady’s head, the significance of the same stating that the latter would be the next in line to get married!
Well we all know that Katrina and Ranbir have already started living together in their love nest in Bandra. While speculations of them getting hitched next year are doing the rounds, we believe Arpita has given Kat a lot to think and prod about! Will we hear wedding bells soon? Let us wait and watch folks!
