Ever since the inception of the cleanliness campaign, many B-town celebrities like Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra have actively taken part in the Swachh Bharat campaign, spreading awareness amongst the common man.
Entertainment actress Tamannaah joined the band of Bolly celebs, by taking up the Swachh Bharat challenge. The milky white beauty took an initiative to clean up the garbage around the Lokhandwala Back Road. The actress was nominated by her Humshakals co-star Ram Kapoor. ” Every Indian who lives here wants to see our country clean. I live in this area only and I wanted to clean my own area so I have come to the end of this road which is dirty from so many years. This is my first attempt to clean my own back road and I will be really happy if many more people join me in this attempt of mine,” said Tamannaah while talking to the media.
