Veena sentenced to jail
Let’s begin with the latest one. Veena and her husband Asad Bashir Khan have been sentenced to 26 years of jail, for allegedly airing a programme showcasing blasphemous sentiments. Reports suggest that a religious song that played in the background at the ceremony was hurtful to Islam’s sentiments. Veena’s hubby Asad, is the owner of Geo and Jung group and was accused of permitting the programme to go on air.

Ms Malik’s saga of controversies started when she first revealed that her ex-flame and Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Asif was involved in match fixing. The scandal which happened during the Lorde’s test in 2010, was sensationalized further by the beauty, who stated that Asif had links with bookies in India. “Pakistan Cricket Board had proofs of all these irregularities but refrained from going against Asif or others like him. And why will the PCB officials take any action as they themselves are part of the entire dirty game,” she had stated.
Veena dares to bare
The beauty’s controversial ways did not end at Mohammad Asif. The Pakistani babe made headlines soon, courtesy her two nude photoshoots for FHM magazine’s cover. In the first one, Veena was seen covering her chest with her arms which sported an ISI (Inter Services Intelligence) tattoo. The second one showcased her posing nude with a grenade between her teeth. Well it’s safe to say these picture were “explosive”, by all means!

Ms Malik made headlines yet again, when pictures of her getting cozy with director Hemant Madhukar were leaked online. The controversy queen was working with him for film Mumbai 125 back then, which also starred her ex-flame Ashmit Patel. As seen in the pictures above, the two are intimate and seem to enjoy each other’s company. Veena however when asked about the leaked pics, stated that were morphed along with saying,” If sitting and dining with someone is equal to flirting with him or dating him, it is nothing but rubbish. I share a good work relationship with Hemant, and I also know his wife. So all these reports are baseless.”

Veena’s intimacy with Ashmit Patel in the Bigg Boss house was a much discussed topic once. Though not sensational like the rest, this story however managed to create tremendous buzz. Veena and Ashmit were often seen flirting with each other in the show, not to mention their relaxing massages and cozy moments with one another. The two were also rumoured to be in a relationship post the show, which sparked speculations of the getting hitched as well. But their reality show fairytale failed to witness a happy ending!
