Anushka Sharma is currently busy promoting her next film PK which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and co-stars Aamir Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani and Sushant Singh Rajput. While this flick is grabbing headlines almost every day, a lot has been written about the leggy beauty’s other film Bombay Velvet as well. Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the film features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead and it will also mark Karan Johar’s acting debut.
Initially, Kashyap’s directorial venture was to release during Christmas this year alongside PK. But the makers pushed film ahead and narrowed down November 29 as the release date. However, the release date was revised once again and now Bombay Velvet will hit the screens in May next year. Because of the change in release date Ranbir-Anushka starrer become the talk of the town. But then recently reports were doing the rounds that the film was being re-shoot and that really surprised everyone.
But these are just rumours because Virat Kohli’s girlfriend has rubbished all these reports. When asked if Bombay Velvet was being re-done, Anushka at the media interaction said, “No….absolutely not. We are not re- shooting anything. We will just be shooting a promotional song. I don’t know…people are spreading too many bad rumours about Bombay Velvet.”
