The wait if finally over! The teaser of Varun Dhawan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Badlapur has been released and if I have to describe it in one word than its just ‘WOW’. Director Sriram Raghavan seems to have pulled off a wicked masterpiece which we just can’t wait to watch. In the teaser, you get to see Jr Dhawan whose powerful screen presence will leave you wanting for more. He hardly has any dialogues in the video but he speaks through his eyes and his anguish which is commendable. There is Nawazuddin Siddiqui as well and though you will get to see him for few seconds he does make an impression. Well, that just shows his caliber as an actor, right peeps? Yami Gautam and Huma Qureshi also feature in the teaser but its David Dhawan’s ladla beta who walks away with the cake because of his intense, rugged avatar. We won’t be surprised if you go numb for few seconds after watching the teaser. Yes, its that freaking GOOD!
While the title of the film explains the gist of the story, what you’ll get to see in the teaser is much more than just revenge. There are few scenes which are spine chilling and gory but that will only raise the curiosity quotient amongst the viewers. Brownie points to Sriram Raghavan for surpassing our expectations!
