The Bond series has been an iconic saga since the past 24 years in Hollywood. “Bond, James Bond.” These three words have stayed with many die-hard fans of the legendary saga of the Bond series. From Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan to Daniel Craig, leading men of Hollywood have floored millions with their sex appeal, charm and oomph. The new Bond movie titled Spectre, will feature the likes of Andrew Scott (Andrew Scott (Denbigh), Monica Bellucci (Lucia Sciarra), and Christoph Waltz (Oberhauser).
Indian leading site recently conducted a poll, asking you on who you think can be the James Bod of Bollywood. Well the results are here, read on!
Bollywood site blown away to see the likes of Andrew Scott and Christoph Waltz added to the list this year! The James Bond saga has been a massive hit in Hollywood through the years. A genre like Bond hasn’t been aped in Bollywood and even Lollywood (thank God), but if an actor had to play James Bond, who would do justice to the role?The same got us thinking and hence conducted a poll recently, asking people to vote for an actor, who you think can be the James Bond of Bollywood. The options were Fawad Khan, Sidharth Malhotra, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Ranbir Kapoor.
The results are out and Fawad Khan has beaten all in the race! No surprises there as the hunk certainly has what it takes to be a Bond. The Humsafar actor made a sweeping victory with a 50 percent votes in his kitty. For me, this Pakistani heartthrob is the perfect lad to play James Bond. Charming? Tick. Sexy? Tick. Intelligent? Tick. Intense? Tick? A ladies’ man? Double tick! Give him a swanky car to drive, a gorgeous lady to romance and a lavish lifestyle to live, Fawad Khan will be good to go! What’s not to like, I ask?
Next came in Sidharth Malhotra who was backed up by 37 percent votes. Arjun Kapoor received a mere 5 percent votes followed by Varun Dhawan who garnered the same percent in the Bond race. The last one on the list was Ranbir Kapoor with a mere 2 percent votes to back him up!
Well looks like its Fawad all the way. The Pakistani heartthrob would the James Bond of Bollywood!
