Rakhi Sawant has been in the film industry since a long time, and she has always managed to hogg the limelight by her varied antics. The last we know was the slapgate incident that happened during the launch of her upcoming film Mumbai Can Dance Saalaa, where her friend slapped the film’s director and accused him of asking Rakhi for exposing a lot in the film. At a recent press meet the Dil Bole Hadippa actress clarified the charges levied on the director and stood by the him.
Rakhi informed while speaking to a leading daily, “I was not getting work for two years and it’s not easy to survive in this industry. I don’t come from a filmy background. So I don’t have any support.Whatever I am today is because of my hard work. I don’t want to restrict myself and I don’t have any limitations. I am ready to expose. The character I am playing in the film is very strong and meaningful. She has a negative shade. I have never tried this genre before. I loved the script.”
