Rana Muhammad Arshad son of Ch Buland Khan was born on January 13, 1970 at Shahkot. He graduated from University of the Punjab, Lahore. He served as Member, District Council during 1998-99 and as Nazim, Union Council during 2002-08. A businessman and an educationist, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in bye elections 2008 and is functioning as Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism. He has travelled to UK and Saudi Arabia.
