That Salman Khan is launching Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj with his production venture is known to all. The newbie will make his acting debut with the remake of Hero co-starring Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty. Yes, with the much-awaited Hero remake, two new faces will enter Bollywood. Since a lot has been written and said about Khan’s film, there is a lot of curiously around Sooraj-Athiya starrer. However, the masses will have to wait a little longer before they actually see their debut film. We say so because the release date of Hero remake has reportedly been pushed ahead from February to June. Directed by Nikhil Advani, Hero will now hit the screens in June, 2015 courtesy cricket World Cup and Indian Premiere League (IPL).
While there has been no official announcement regarding the same, we hear the makers are indeed planning to postpone the release of their film. Well, it wouldn’t be a bad move because we all know when the nation is gripped by cricket fever even biggest of films fail to grab attention.
Sooraj and Athiya have almost finished the shooting of their film which is the remake of Subhash Ghai’s 1983 hit of the same name.
