Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge completes 1000 weeks of screening today, since it first hit the theatres in the year 1995. Where lead actors of the film Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan promoted their film in Kapil Sharma’s show Comedy Nights With Kapil a few days ago, the duo will be seen celebrating the milestone in a grand event being held at Maratha Mandir tonight.Seen as Raj and Simran in DDLJ, the SRK-Kajol jodi is still considered as one of the most iconic ones to have graced the silver screen. While we are eagerly waiting to see the duo celebrate the completion of 1000 weeks of DDLJ tonight, we give you a glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan, who seems to have donned his look as Raj from the film, after a span of 20 years!
SRK posted a pic recently, where he is seen dressed in a black tux and carrying a cargo printed bag pack which is the original one he sported in the film! SRK posted a tweet which read,” Tried my 20 yrs later Raj look. The bag and me is original from the film….the smile is from today for a 1000 weeks!”
We guess the actor will be sporting the look for the much awaited event for tonight. Where SRK is in his Raj avatar, will Kajol turn up as Simran? Guess we would have to wait and watch out for that one!
