As many of you might already know, Gauahar Khan, who was hosting the Grand Finale of India’s Raw Star got slapped by a rowdy man while the shoot was going on. However, not many are aware of what happened post this shocking incident. Well, we have the video, in which we can see Gauahar crying and shouting her lungs out, and demanding the man to be thrown out of the sets.
This incident has shocked and stunned the entire nation. The former Bigg Boss contestant, who has been hosting the singing show since it’s start was hosting the grand finale today. Reportedly a rowdy person named Akil Malik from the audience started passing cheap comments on Gauahar’s outfit. The said man then jumped on to the stage and tried touching Ms Khan inappropriately. When Gauahar protested, the man slapped her thereby shocking everyone present on the sets. One of the contestants on the show, Jeffery Iqbal intervened and started beating the man who slapped Gauahar.
Allegedly, Akil was of the opinion that because Gauahar belongs to the Muslim religion she must not wear short dresses in public and insult the religion of Islam by dressing “inappropriately”. Latest we hear that Malik has been taken into police custody and we hope he gets punished soon for this shameful act.
