Gauahar Khan was slapped at India’s Raw Star grand finale last night by a rowdy member from the crowd
An unfortunate series of events unravelled last night as while shooting India’s Raw Star grand finale a man went on stage, heckled Gauahar Khan and then slapped her. His reason: she dressed “inappropriately”. Crew members and contestants ran to Gauahar‘s aide, the man was arrested and booked under criminal intimidation and Gauahar took an hour-long break to regain composure.
While we laud celebs like Arjun Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar and Madhur Bhandarkar for expressing their concern over the misbehaviour meted out to Gauahar , we wonder where Kushal Tandon is… The actor who is reportedly back in a relationship with Gauahar after a break-up hasn’t issued a statement about the controversy, nor has he tweeted about the same.
Him being the special man in Gauahar’s life and also being the one who tried protecting Gauahar throughout their stint in Bigg Boss 7, we expected Kushal to be there for Guahar after the slapping incident as well. We hope that Kushal is there to console Gauahar.
