In another major blow for troubled network, Geo TV, reports have emerged of Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain leaving and joining rival HUM Tv network. The news comes just days before Amir was set to front Geo Tv’s popular Ramadan religious Transmission.
Yesterday in Subh-e-Pakistan Amir Liaqat clearly hinted that he is leaving morning show. He was missing from the stage when singer Aniqa was singing her latest song 'dharti kali kara de' and later he cameback and encourging Nadia Hussain to host remaining show with her. She was bit confused but Amir said he will teach her how to host a 'Morning Show' and then she will replace her & start 'Utho Jago Pakistan' again (Shaista Lodhi's banned morning show). After the whole show was conducted by Nadia withthe assistance of Amir Liaquat. And last when he was wrapping up his show he said,
"Agar Zindagi me yehi rawani rahi to Aap se yahi mulaqat hogi Geo tv network per lakin Monday se Aap mere sath Nadia ko is program me dekhe ge, mazeed unki tarbiat (training) ki jaye gi tak-e wo 'Utho Jago Pakistan' ke liye tayyar ho jaye"
Its crystal clear that Amir is going to quit Subh-e-Pakistan but still its unknown that he will quit GEO Tv too. recently a leading tabloid claims that Amir Liaquat will quit GEO Tv and Join HUM Tv. look at the news here:
