Pakistan’s current heartthrob cross-border – Fawad Khan has reportedly signed his next Bollywood movie alongside Katrina Kaif. The 32 year old actor who has made every Indian and Pakistani girl swoon with his stunning performance in Humsafar and Zindagi Gulzar Hai will be seen as romantic hero.
We recently heard the buzz that Fawad Khan has signed a three film deal with YRF. News now has it that he will also star in a YRF which features Katrina Kaif as the female lead. This buzz was also sparked by the fact that Katrina was spotted at Yash Raj Studios a couple of days back. Though there have been no official confirmations, but some reliable sources confirm that we could very well be hearing more on this soon.
Although Fawad’s debut Bollywood movie, Khoobsurat didn’t ring the box office business with record breaking success, it was still commercially popular. Bollywood film ‘Khoobsurat’ was Fawad Khan's big ticket to Bollywood and it actually worked the most in his favour. Every second day we have been hearing rumours about him signing film projects with top notch actors and directors in an Indian film industry.
Fawad Khan has recently confirmed his presence in two big budget movies including ‘Kapoor & Sons’ starring Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra and ‘Battle of Bittora’ starring Sonam Kapoor in the lead role. Along with these two films the actor has also been signed on for Sohail Khan’s ‘My Punjabi Nikkah’. Katrina is currently busy with the projects, 'Jagga Jasoos', 'Phantom' and 'Fitoor'. She last worked for YRF in the Yash Chopra movie opposite SRK, 'Jab Tak Hain Jaan'.
According to the rumor mills, Fawad will also be seen in Ali Zafar’s directorial debut. He is also working on three Pakistani movies.
