Dr Ishrat Ul Ebad (born 03rd March 1963) has lived in a middle class society in the blocks of North Nazimabad, Karachi. Political career He is a key member of the Muttahida Quami Movement. Minister of industry He was elected as minister of industry in 1990. British passport He went to United Kingdom in 1993, afterwards he acquired a British passport in 2002. Governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat was selected as Governor of Sindh, where he took oath on the 27th December 2002- present. Governorship Dr Ishrat, with the completion of 5 years yet as the Governor of Sindh. Dr Ishrat Ul Ebad has solved many crises which no Governor has done in the past.
