Though the actor’s separation with wife Sussanne has been tough on him, Hrithik has handled the same with all the maturity needed. And why do we say that? Find out…
He’s single. Is he ready to mingle? Time will tell. But for now, I believe, that Hrithik Roshan is riding on an all time high. A lot has been written and said about his divorce with wife Sussanne Khan. Where the news shocked the nation, I’m certain the same hasn’t been easy on the superstar as well. But Hrithik takes it as it comes and with a smile. I have read the actor’s interviews and seen him at promotional events. One word to describe him- Strong! Here’s why I think the father of two has given us a reason to sing ballads in his favour:
Back with a Bang Bang
Suave, dapper and in form, Hrithik Roshan scorched our screens with his role in Bang Bang. I came across an interview of the actor where he spoke to a leading daily stating that his experience on working in the film was “enlightening,” given that his character was bright in contrast to what he was facing in his personal life. Doing a mega film like Bang Bang with tons riding on his mind might have been a tough hill to climb for the actor. Kudos to him for reaching the top!
Cover story
Hrithik’s latest Filmfare cover has become sensational not only in terms of the actor’s stunning appearance on the same but also due to the quote on it. “Separation is worse than death,” he said in an interview to the film mag. Well keeping the intense statement aside, I wish to comment on his latest cover shoots particularly. Seen on the covers of leading magazines like Hi Glitz and Stardust, the actor has given his associates a lot to ponder about. Duggu may not be in his best spirits always, but trying in my dictionary leads to winning half the battle, and the superstar appears to have won his.
Up, close and personal
Many choose to keep mum about their separation stories. What I have realized in Hrithik’s case is that he doesn’t dodge the questions and answers them dutifully. In my opinion, the actor realizes the gravity of the situation, yet addresses it with an upfront attitude. Not many have the guts to do the same. So be it “Separation is worse than death,’’ or any other hard hitting quote by him, Hrithik knows what he is saying and doesn’t shy away from the same.
Introspection
“Never point. Never blame. Own your power. And your pain. Build character,” or ” The image and the shadow. Neither points to who we truly are,” are,” reads two of his many Tweets on his Twitter account. I went through his account and noticed that the actor has been posting such tweets off late. A different one read,” Just want 2say thank you…. Every1..All of u..A thought before I sleep finally…let’s choose 2 b d best version of rselves. No matter what.(sic)” One might say that the star is trying to put a front for the nation to see. However what I gather from the same is that Hrithik is trying to reach out to the people, in a way which will be possible for him to do. The actor instead of playing the blame game is introspective and the same will do him good for sure in the long run.
In it to win it
Instead of pitying himself and wining about his past, Duggu has chosen to take the high road and there ain’t no stopping him. Be it owning the ISL (Indian Super League) team FC Pune City, working towards his upcoming films or posing for swanky magazine covers, the Bang Bang actor has proven he is here to stay. I find the superstar’s perspective towards life inspiring and uplifting. Apart from dance moves, Hrithik has given me much to learn about indeed!
