Kim Kardashian’s first shot to fame was her much talked about friendship with famous socialite Paris Hilton in 2003. While there were rumours that Kim used to work for Paris, the two painted the town red with their tales of friendship.
After ending her first marriage with music producer Damon Thomas, Kim Kardashian began dating singer Ray J in 2004. In 2007, she was all over the news headlines when her controversial sex tape with Ray J got leaked on the internet. The 39 minute video of the duo made Kim an overnight celebrity from a relatively unknown reality star. Later on, Kim sued Vivid Entertainment for distributing the video and finally took back the case for $5 million dollar settlement.
In the year 2007, she made her TV debut with her very own reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, when she and her family were summoned by a popular TV channel for the show. Keeping up with the Kardashians turned out to be a huge success as it enters it’s ninth season this year.
In 2007, she posed nude for Playboy magazine, which led to a series of nude photo shoots over the years till the recent pictorials for Paper mag, which made her an internet sensation yet again. Due to her constant bold nude photo shoots, she has become quite a rage online and has earned the title of ‘Girl who broke the internet.’
The diva has never shied away from flaunting her curves and has been accused of having gone under the knife for figure correction. In order to prove her critics wrong, Kim hogged the limelight when she took an X-ray of her butt.
In 2011, Kim Kardashian married basket ball player Kris Humphries. The marriage was widely covered by the media and was attended by who’s who of the tinsel town. But shockingly, their marriage only lasted for 72 days!
In 2013, Kim gave birth to a daughter along with her boyfriend Kanye West. The couple then got married in the May 2014 and have named their daughter North.
