On the occasion of Children’s Day, we bring you a list of Hollywood film remakes that can act as a launch vehicle for these star kids

In India, it is beyond any smidgen of doubt that we love our superstars. And most of the time that love even transcends to their family and kids, as we are all excited to see the young kids on the block, constantly tracking their growth and speculating their entry into the filmy world. The way pictures of Shah Rukh Khan’s youngest son Abram Khan went viral online is the proof that how much interest we, as a nation, show on our film stars personal life.

Keeping Children’s day in mind, we decided to have some fun of our own by relating these star kids to the popular Hollywood films. Bollywoodlife has comes up with a list of 6 Hollywood remakes which can be a perfect launch pad for the young ones of the super stars:

Baby’s Day Out – Abram Khan

How many of you just adored the picture of SRK’s youngest son Abram dressed as Santa Claus? The one and a half year old, baby Abram was the cynosure of all eyes recently when his picture went viral online. Going by the sheer cuteness of Abram, what better launch pad for him than the remake of classic comedy Baby’s Day Out? The baby in the original film makes life a living hell for his three abductors. So being the baby of King Khan, SRK fans will love to see cute little Abram giving tough time to the baddies.

The Karate Kid – Aryan Khan

The teenage son of SRK, Aryan Khan, was in news lately when rumours of him debuting with Dhoom 6 started to make rounds in the gossip circles. However we think, Aryan, who is 17, would be perfect for The Karate Kid remake. The cult classic was recently rebooted in Hollywood with Jaden Smith in the lead and taking into account the lean physique of Aryan Khan, SRK’s eldest son would fit the bill for the lead role in The Karate Kid remake.

The Princess Diaries – Sara Ali Khan

Chotte Nawab Saif Ali Khan’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan, was in spotlight recently when her father threatened to shoot her if she leaves her education in the middle to pursue acting. However, it is a well known fact that Sara has acting aspirations and we think we might have found the perfect film for her debut. We would like to see Sara step into Anna Hathway’s shoes in The Princess Diaries remake. We thinks she would perfectly fit the bill as she is a descendant of a royal family herself.

The Parent Trap – Hrehaan And Hridhaan Roshan

There is a two year difference between Hrithik Roshan and Suzzaane Khan’s two sons, but Hrehaan and Hridhaan do look like twins at times. As Hrithik and Suzzane’s marriage ended, the plight of these two cute kids is similar to that of what twin Lindsay Lohan faced in Hollywood flick Parent Trap. Many fans for Hrithik Roshan want the divorced couple to be back together, hoping if Hrehaan and Hredaan could pull off The Parent Trap plot in real life.

Spy Kids – Suhana Khan and Aarav Bhatia

The famous action-adventure kids film Spy Kids would be a perfect launch pad for SRK’s 14 year old daughter Suhana and Akshay Kumar’s 12 year old son Aarav. While we believe Suhana can pull off the spunky elder sister cum secret agent character with panache taking action cues from her father Shah Rukh, Aarav being the son of Bollywood’s fittest and most daring hero Akshay Kumar, will look pulling off stunts in style.

The Pursuit of Happyness – Aamir Khan and Azad Khan

Will Smith’s son Jaden smith won a lot of accolades for his cute yet heart touching portrayal of a child whose father is trying real hard to make ends meet. We have seen Aamir Khan and his youngest son Azad in the public. And we believe this adorable father-son jodi will work wonders in the B-town remake of Pursuit Of Happyness. And being Aamir’s son, who knows Azad might give tough competition to his dad know for perfectionism.

Let us know what you think of our list of film suggestions for the star kids. And here’s wishing the superstars children all the very best for their future endeavours.
